In Calgary, the Pizza Hotline at 8720 MacLeod Trail SE has closed. Prior to its closure, it had one review on Yelp, which noted that the pizza was “more than satisfactory,” highlighting the traditional deep-dish style and rich cheese.

Ordered Italian Classic pizza on New Year’s eve, green peppers were chunky and were not properly cooked. Chicken wings were below average as well.
Assuming the story was busy that night.

They were slow on the order laughing with people well taking my order wouldn't stop calling me "mam" after I told her I was a guy and she laughed saying " Okay"

Great pizza!!
BUT The online ordering form has been broken for years. Wont let me log into my account, and will not let me reset the password. If i try to get a new account, it also will not let me do that...even with a new email address i just made!

If only I can give 0 stars. I waited more than 20 minute before asking for a refund. And they hadn’t even made my pizza yet. It was 1 small personal pizza. It shouldn’t take more than 20 min to make. I watched atleast 8 people who ordered their food in person like me, get their food before me while I was still waiting and couldn’t wait anymore. When I asked for a refund the manager tried to gaslight me that’s it’s only been 16 min and was very rude about how I couldn’t tell time. Well looks like he’s the dumb one that skipped math class because I payed at 5:38 which is on reciept and asked for a refund at 5:59. Even if it was “only 16 minute” why did people who had much larger orders than me only waited 5-7 minutes and got their orders and why is mine not even in the oven. I watched so many come in and leave (those who ordered in person). they hadn’t even made my food yet and I had places to be. Terrible customer service (cashier who would tell others their pizza is almost ready but avoid eye contact with me and did t say a word to me) and a rude manager that obviously doesn’t know his math and can’t tell time.

This place is great got my food under 10 minutes. The delivery driver was so nice I wish I could tip him a ton but I’m broke 100% go to this place !

I give the great staff Melissa five stars!!! She is very much an asset to this business (friendly, quick, and attentive) ? we will be back great job. Very attentive, food was hot and delicious.

Dasha was afraid to go through my two gates to get to my door so she called me from the first gate. I said to her where is my pop and cake? She had to go back to her vehicle to get my pop and said there was no cake. So I called and now am getting my cake for free since it was a mess up on their end. The guys that usually deliver at this location are at least organized and know how to make a pizza delivery. She seems clueless and very disorganized.

Worse experince with them... i went there to grab deal.. on the name of four toppings there was just few veggies of each and they made my order wrong too.

i ordered xl pizza by call and when i pick up my order it looks like large andit was 4 toppings which were hard to find on pizza .

Pizza was fairly good, crust a bit thick for regular crust. One of my toppings was ham but it was very hard to find as it was in approx 0.5cm bits and sprinkled very sporadically. I feel the ham did not constitute a topping!
