Ordered the two medium, garlic bread and 2 cans of pop special.
Bacon and Pineapple and Brooklyn Pepperoni and Green Pepper. Also asked for chili flakes. Nice serving amount for each pizza. Enjoyed everything. The order was delivered at around time of expectation. The driver was courteous when delivering.

Driving home after a long shift one of their drivers nearly side swiped my van coming out of their location on portage avenue. Absolutely no regard for anyone else on the road. I won’t ever be ordering from this place

If you want 15 inch pizzas which is what they advertise buy twice as much as they're 12-13 at best, a pizza calculator shows our 4 15 inch pizzas coming out to 2.5 15 inch pizzas so if you get the 4 15 inch for 55 bucks expect only 2.5.

Our go to pizza place as a family hands down. You get such a bang for your buck here and the food is delicious! (Get the San Marzano sauce, trust me). I get pizza from here almost weekly and it never disappoints. I have never felt cheaped out on toppings or quality at this restaurant. I spoke with the owner today and you can tell that he puts his heart and soul into this place and it shows! I highly recommend this restaurant! Keep up the good work you guys!

I think I have had enough of pizza hotline. The ham, bacon, beef pizza had chunks of gristle that could not be broken down by chewing. It's the truth.

Saw great & poor reviews about Pizza Hotline depending on location. From Portage Avenue location I ordered an XL 4 topping: pepperoni, mushroom, bacon & chicken pizza and it was excellent. The sauce they used really added flavour. A step up from some. Also ordered chicken wings. They could've been cooked longer, as I don’t care for non crispy wings, but I have an air fryer, so no big deal. Would definitely order from them again.
[Edit: ordered the same again. Wasn't just lucky the 1st time. Still excellent!]

I don’t usually complain about restaurants but I couldn’t help but do so today. We ordered 4 large regular crust pizzas. When we received them, the dough was undercooked and white. There was barely and sauce on the pizza itself and when we came back to bring our order back, the employees argued with us and told us that everything with the pizza was fine but then they quickly changed their story and said that they didn’t have time to allow the dough to rise. They didn’t offer any resolution besides a refund and didn’t take any accountability for serving undercooked food to us. They simply told us that they didn’t have enough time to let the dough rise and had to cook it as it was which sounds like a health code violation. There is absolutely no excuse when you knowingly sell food that isn’t up to standards. We ordered pizza for a family dinner event and ended up having to postpone all of our plans to go find a different restaurant that gave us fully cooked food instead of the questionable pizza that we got at this location. Seriously considering getting a health inspector involved.
