Placed an order this evening and no salad dressing. I called the store and they informed me that, they would "rush" the salad dressing, within 15 minutes. 30 minutes later and I'm still waiting.

When it 1st opened they messed up I received a free pizza 4 my next visit That was months ago Today they messed up again I had 2 wait an additional 15 mins. 4 a new one Contacted head # & this time only a 5 buck voucher 4 the next visit Well I was on my break from work & I didn’t even get 2 eat This was not acceptable I understand when they 1st re opened Mistakes happen But now they can put that 5 buck credit U know where I won’t go back This was a walk in

First time visiting this location since they reopened. Picked up my pizza only to realize the order was wrong and they had messed up the toppings. After having to argue with them that my toppings were wrong they finally agreed to remake it. So I wait around for 15 minutes. They give me the second pizza, take it home assuming this one has to be correct. Start eating it and the dough is completely raw. Had to spit it out after the first couple bites and now it is in my oven at home. Horrible experience and will not be visiting this location again..

Had hotline for friends birthday ordered 4 larges with a salad and 2 litre , for a specific time. My order arrived on time , with a friendly delivery driver, pizza was hot , 2 litre was cold, salad had right amount of sauce, and when I ordered the staff were great. We all enjoyed our meal and a good tip went to the driver. 100% service / food/ and quality! Thanks hotline!!

*Don’t waste your money.* First couple times we ordered, pizza was the best had we found in the city for cheaper options. Last order y’all provided uncut pizza and uncooked chicken wings. Credit was provided.. We used the credit tonight, to which y’all made us redo the order exactly. And tried to add extra charges on..Then the order showed up with uncut pizza and uncooked chicken wings again. I will admit, they’re more cooked than last time - but they’re still chewy..Unfortunately I don’t know what store these orders have come from, so I’m putting the same 1star review on all stores here.Cause after thinking it was a one time thing, it’s apparent that it’s not and being paired with bad customer service - we won’t be spending our money here again.
