I've never had any issues ordering thru the app for delivery or take out. Always on time and always real fresh! Just wish they had the old dine in feature oh well times change I guess.

Impossible to place an order because nobody answers the phone. Used to order every week, but stopped because (again) nobody answers the phone.You need physically go there to place an order and when wait… Last time they didn’t have large crust, it was time they didn’t have chicken for more than a month. It used to be a good place, but now it’s not.

The worst pizza hut store. We waited for our order more than an hour almost 2 hrs then they will say still preparing. We ordered for dinner for kids. They are not even updating the status so we can cancel it right away and find another options for dinner. ?

This place is unfortunately under-equipped to handle high volume/high traffic. I believe this issue falls to poor management. If the pizza is said to be ready by 4:40, it shouldn’t take until 5:10 or later to be ready.

Pizza Hut has its $5, $5, $5 deal on again. Love their pepperoni lovers! Sad that they have closed their dine in restaurants.
Pizza Hut is great! Buffet is awesome. I love the original hut architecture of the few buildings that are left.

I recently made an "end of the school year" field trip with some colleagues and students. We chose Pizza Hut for our lunch. I called ahead of time to place an order for the whole motorcoach, bus driver included. The woman on the phone who helped me place my order was very helpful and went above and beyond in accommodating us. Our very large order was prepared and ready for the specified time. The receipts were also numbered to indicate the sequence of our order, to help us coordinate with our list of orders. AMAZING! I felt absolutely taken care of during such a busy trip. I can't say how much that was appreciated. I definitely recommend this restaurant. Employees were excellent and efficient.
