This place is unfortunately under-equipped to handle high volume/high traffic. I believe this issue falls to poor management. If the pizza is said to be ready by 4:40, it shouldn’t take until 5:10 or later to be ready.
I recently made an "end of the school year" field trip with some colleagues and students. We chose Pizza Hut for our lunch. I called ahead of time to place an order for the whole motorcoach, bus driver included. The woman on the phone who helped me place my order was very helpful and went above and beyond in accommodating us. Our very large order was prepared and ready for the specified time. I've never had any issues ordering thru the app for delivery or take out. Always on time and always real fresh! Just wish they had the old dine in feature oh well times change I guess.
