I ordered 4 times from this place. The second time it turned out that they didn’t put the sticks. What if I were outdoors or somewhere else without chopsticks. But I forgave them. And then I ordered crab sticks and pork for the 4th time. They put pork, but forgot the crab sticks. DoorDash compensated me $5, but they were useless if I wanted to enjoy the food. I won’t order anything else here.
Update:A few weeks later, I called the store to ask when Andy works and I said that I was the person who left the review. As a result, I was told «Andy is not here now and we don’t know the schedule», when I said «Okay, it doesn’t matter then» they just agreed and that’s it.
That’s how people try to solve problems. To be honest, I didn’t even understand who picked up the phone. I made a call at 5:09 pm on March 7, 2026.

I went to Poke Mono last week to try a rice bowl and ordered the Craft Your Own Rice Bowl. It comes with one protein, five toppings, and two sauces, which was great for customizing exactly what I wanted. Everything tasted fresh and well balanced. I also had a lemon ginger tea, which was light and refreshing. Overall, it was a satisfying and healthy meal, and I’d definitely go back.

I'm staying in Winnipeg for 6 weeks on work and this place is right in the building. It's fantastic. I needed something filling and relatively healthy when I got in last night and this place hit the spot perfectly! Highly recommend. I took my food back to my apartment but next time I'll try to eat in as the place is very cute!

I love this place! Not only for nice set up and interesting design, but the food there is super delicious and various. The coffee is great and the staff are amazing and super helpful all the time. My friends and I sometimes are coming to spend time together and play a game and I am super happy to have this place around! 🫶🏽
