Very disappointed they forgot my daughter's dinner had to make her something quick when we got home. Tried calling multiple times and got no answer. Definitely will be checking the bag every time now!!!!

First time ordering from the website. Was a bit surprised that they dont start packing the food until I got there. With that being said it does make sense and was happy to watch them put it all together (shaking the wings in sauce was nice to see) . Super friendly staff and will be back. You gals rock!

Had my first poor experience here the other day. Missed the dip for my chicken fingers, an entire large side of onion rings and 2 out of 3 of the sodas we got were not drinkable because of lack of syrup in their machine. When I called them they seemed annoyed that I would tell them they forgot and screwed up half our meal and interrupted me to say they would give me a $10 coupon for the inconvenience. Next time I will drive across the city to the portage location where I’ve had much better more consistent service.
