Food was good. They forgot our side and they didn’t ask us if we wanted any refills on our drinks.
I’ve been going to Mongo’s since I was a kid and every single time the staff and food is wonderful! Super quick service and really friendly staff. Would recommend to everyone!
Absolutely love coming here and catching up with a friend, proportions were very large and I’ve had enough to take home for leftovers the next day. The toppings could’ve been stocked a little more but the cookies and cream cheesecake was really good

Mongo's Grill offers healthy and good food, with a buffet that looks neat and food that seems fresh. Meals can be very enjoyable, especially when guests pick their own ingredients for a perfect flavor profile. However, the restaurant has several issues. There is dirt and food on the floor around the cooking area, and a cook was slipping on it. A big piece of missing flooring edging by the salad bar is very dangerous. A pervasive odor near the bathrooms and kitchen is unappetizing, and sauces are pretty bland. Service can be slow, with one server left to answer phones and seat guests at dinner time. The guys on the grill had zero personality and no showmanship. In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder can hold four rolls, but all were empty. Despite these problems, some guests have had positive experiences where the host, grill, server, and management made them feel welcome and at ease. Issues were addressed and corrected after a complaint letter was made. One server showed incredible patience with an indecisive guest, making the experience a 5/5.
