I ordered the Blackened Tenders through the drive-thru. When I placed my order, the staff member let me know there would be a wait time, which I expected since I usually order this item. After a few minutes, she checked back and informed me there would be an additional 4-minute wait. While I was initially a little disappointed, her excellent customer service completely changed my experience. She was very courteous, kept me updated, and even offered me a drink while I waited. Small gestures like that go a long way and made the wait much more pleasant. Thank you for the great service and for making customers feel valued!

We went here Monday around 7 pm.Had a great meal.The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.We ordered 3 keel breast and fries.Flavours were on point.Highly recommend if you go there.

It was so inviting, very clean, the staffing working were great and really good prices

Placed an order online for pick-up then I picked it at the drive-thru. I even asked to add more ketchup but I got home there's no ketchup as in zero and no napkins too

The service was amazing! But the food sucked, like I have never seen a restaurant let there customers eat rotten food. I definitely wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t eat their food if I didn’t wanna get sick
