Great service as usual. Unfortunately this time the food was mediocre at best. Roast turkey was dry slices of a turkey roll. Side of stuffing was in a block which was tasteless and difficult to cut. The roasted vegetables were also under roasted . Mashed potatoes were heavy and bland. Entire meal was barely warm. All family members agreed this was a poor dining experience. We agreed to have dessert elsewhere. In fairness to this restaurant we have dined here many times before...
This was a disappointing experience compared to what we're used to here. Service was very slow all the way through, and it wasn't more busy than usual. When the meals came out they were cold so we sent them back. The remakes were better but still not hot. Glad this wasn't our first visit; we'll still be back because we know it can be better.
Food and service were top notch. Seasonal Sangria was excellent, as was the Pickeral and Bananas Foster. Place was quite busy contributing to slightly higher noise than usual. That said, it was easy to carry on a conversation at our table. One of our favorite restaurants. Parking is easy.
