The absolute best restaurant in Winnipeg, hands down. Best staff, best food, best location and ambiance. Best everything! If you haven't gone there in a while, just go. Trust me on this one and you will thank me.

We enjoyed our visit to the Promenade Brasserie. The food and service were excellent. Now that the back area is open again, it opens it up quite a lot, with a very inviting atmosphere. We had met Jay and Adam on past visits, and they both show their passion for quality food, beverages and treating the customers as guests. Well done.

Dropped by Promenade for dinner on our way through Winnipeg and it was phenomenal! Food, drinks, and service were all outstanding - loved everything so much that we booked a brunch reservation for our return trip back through the city. The eggs Benny with smoked trout were fabulous! We’re already planning a return visit to Winnipeg just so we can dine here again.

I regret not taking any pictures of our meal. I came with a friend, used to come to this place decades ago but now it was under new ownership. So we were both curious to see what they had as a menu. I ordered the OG burger which had chips inside the burger. I usually have ketchup with my burger and I didn't need it. It was absolutely delicious. It wasn't dry, had a lovely sweet sauce and caramelized onions which blended them both perfectly, not to mention the crunch of the chips. I also had the smashed potatoes which my friend loved. I liked it as well, but I'm a wuss when it comes to spicy foods and it had a bit of punch.
The service was friendly, we loved our waitress, and the owner who spoke to us was wonderful.
We will definitely come back again, and tell others to stop in..

Had a fantastic breakfast at Promenade Brasserie with wonderful service by Bruce. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was very knowledgeable and made insightful suggestions about the menu. The food was delicious and fresh. We had the Smashbrows which were perfectly crisp on the outside, yet soft and creamy on the inside. The Fry Bread Smoked Char was a nice combination of the herbed cream cheese, beautifully smoked char, and lovely fried capers. The atmosphere was great and the place was very clean. Overall we would definitely go back again.
Delicious! We tried a chef's choice mystery dinner. Everything was tasty..will go back again .

I went for breakfast it was good not a lot of options but good. The super menu is bad very limited and nothing sounds good. I was gonna go the other day with a friend and as soon as we walked in we were greeted by the annoying male waiter that works in the front. Makes unnecessary jokes, talks about drinking at 2pm as a joke the first time we went for breakfast… we would’ve stayed for super but left because he is just too much to bare he’s the reason we walked out. People just want kind polite straight forward waiters. The rest is just so uncalled for not funny and overkill. Makes me wonder how manny ppl stoped going because of this guy. Fix this lol plz. Interior is very dry and dead in serious need of greenery and warmth. Could be way more popular if atmosphere gets fixed. Really doesn’t cost much to buy some plants…
