Yes, agree with most other reviewers, absolutely fabulous Eggs Benedict & prepared & served quite uniquely! Served on Bannock, (a nice & tasty change) but their version of hollandaise sauce is all their own and is truly divine. Likewise, for their smash potatoes, they came with an Aioli sauce drizzled over them, and the taste was different, but so so good! Will absolutely keep coming back and have also been telling everyone about this place.The space is quite small though, so is a little cramped. We were seated in front of the counter, which is near the door, and every time someone entered, which was a lot as they're so busy, it was quite chilly so that made for some of the experience not being ideal.All of the staff seemed very professional, kind, and aim to please.

Great meal, we shared a bunch of dishes. Gnocchi was my favourite and the side potatoes were so good! Well, it was all good but those really stood out. My sours were delicious. Overall a really nice dining experience.Vegetarian options: We had several vegetarian dishes including the camembert and street corn starters, the Three sisters and gnocchi mains, plus delicious carrots and potatoes as sides.

Had the chicken and waffles and eggs Benedict... I think we found our new favorite breakfast spot. From the start to the end the service was amazing. I'd say best hollandaise sauce in the city... make this your new brunch spot, you won't be disappointed.

I cannot say enough about the intention, the food, the service and the overall experience. I will remember the evening as one of my top 5 meals because of the quality, the intentionality, the opportunity to experience Metis food, and the genuineness of care of the owner and staff. The coming together to share food, laughter, and connection; the experience of a feast to ground and help metabolize the emotions of an intense day of learning; the inspirational and delicious food to nourish and connect us; the care of the staff and owner; all culminated in an experience that I will feel nourished by for a long time to come. It is enough to inspire thoughts of moving to Winnipeg! I would highly recommend to anyone whether desiring a solo dining experience that feels like you have been welcomed into the home of a cherished friend or seeking a meal to share as a family or, as in our case, a larger team of colleagues coming together to restore and connect.

This was such an incredible experience! Flavourful food, delicious drinks, and great atmosphere. We had the street corn and winter citrus salad to start, with the beef short rib ragu and fried chicken. We only had a few bites left and had to take it home. The fried chicken was 10/10. Would highly recommend!

I was visiting Winnipeg on business and when I asked where to eat while visiting, Promenade Brasserie was suggested. My last night in Winnipeg, I finally was able to visit. Upon arrival I was greeted by a young lady with whom we shared pleasantries. I was then shown to my table, by Adam, my server but I know he was more than that, manager, owner, not so sure, but he was without a doubt the most pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, professional individual. He sat me at a quaint table with a window view of historic Winnipeg! Adam was also the bartender who created some of the best beverages I have ever tasted. The Vanilla Crème Brûlée and Cocoa-Nut Macaroon Martini went down much too smoothly for my liking ?. I decided on the French onion soup, amazing choice when it is -26 degrees. Adam then suggested the pork belly! To say I licked the plate clean is an understatement. Kudos to the chef!! To finish off my meal, I had the sponge cake, topped with raspberries, candied lemon rinds and house-made candied toffee!! I would move to Winnipeg, only to be able to dine here again! My visit to The Promenade Brasserie was one of the most devine dining experiences I have had in a long time. Everyone must experience this adventure at least once in their lifetime! JOB WELL DONE ADAM!!
