They are ok. I have definitely have had better ones and worse ones. Peanut Butter Cup was best. Mint one was very dry. They are priced fair. Lots of flavours on menu but showing up the selection was limited. I was in from Calgary so I had to try but honestly for me I wouldn’t be back as I would rather eat something else for higher protein and better tasting.

We tried a donut and a muffin from here today and it was so good. I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and rich the donut was for being packed with protein and being gluten free. The muffin was a little dry and tasted more like protein powder, but it wasn’t bad. Would definitely recommend giving the donuts a try!!

This is a lovely corner shop providing a short menu of gluten free, protein based baked goods and drinks. The smoothies are thick and great tasting and the donuts, muffins, and cupcake are perfect especially for being gluten free.

Went to try Pronuts today for the gluten free doughnuts with my celiac daughter. There was limited selection when we arrived ( a couple hours before close) and the guy behind the counter immediately offered to decorate some more if we wanted a particular flavor if we waited a minute. We were fine with what was there. Everything was delicious. It's been a while since we've been able to enjoy a doughnut and this was a real treat. Can't wait to go back.

The carrot cake muffin is 10/10 absolutely delicious and moist! You guys have really stepped up the muffin game here. I’m on a cut so eating a muffin that tastes delicious with that protein for breakfast is amazing.

As someone who is trying to increase their protein intake, I was blown away that this locally-owned bakery was offering treats with up to 31g of protein.
Not only do they offer healthy, gluten-free treats, the donuts taste like cake! My favourites are the matcha and vanilla one. It’s hard not to finish half a dozen in five minutes.
While the food/drinks are good, the customer service is always amazing also!
