“Easily one of the best ramen spots in Winnipeg, if not the best! These folks know how to make a proper bowl of ramen goodness. Tried the spicy garlic chicken ramen and it was almost perfect - just wish the noodles were thicker although I ordered the thick noodles. The egg was soft inside and just right. The meat was tender and the broth was just heavenly. Be warned- it is spicy as the name suggests! They make the noodles in house and it’s top notch. There are quite a few options for ramen and they have other regular items on the menu too such as tempura. I came here for the ramen and I was satisfied. The price is definitely on the higher end. They have a nice interior with friendly customer service. Will surely come back for more ramen!“
“Admittedly first time trying ramen other than from a plastic wrap which I never ate as a soup (I don't like soup). But this was amazing. I added my own pepper powder to make it more spicy, as I'm a pepperhead or heatonist..whatever you want to call it. The seasoned egg was fantastic, the broth was super rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfect constancy. Excited to try again!“
“Had lunch at the koya in GP today for the first time in forever. It was delicious!! Fresh fluffy rice on a combination of beef and chicken with teriyaki sauce. Loads of fresh veggies and a huge portion too. If you don't like rice you can have it on udon noodles instead. They will add extra sauce or make it spicy too. They have some other ready to order chinese food. I would get there before 2:30 as it sells out and is delicious whem its fresh.“
