I tried Hakata ramen, and overall, it was just okay. Unlike other ramen places, it didn’t include corn or wood ear mushrooms. The pork belly was too fatty for my taste, so I had to separate the fat from the meat. I was also surprised they only provided disposable utensils—a one-time-use spoon and chopsticks—instead of regular ones. It was a decent experience, but nothing memorable.
As a cook and chef with 19 years of experience and a health wise vegetarian, I can say that in a year of weekly orders, this is the best agedashi tofu that I have tried across Canada. I also LOVE chicken bao (I ask you to replace chicken with tofu) with regular koji mayo. It's the same taste with vegetarian ramen and vegetarian donburi 🤌🏼 The best place where you can get Asian vegetarian food WITH TASTE.
In any case, I've never tried anything...

Whether you like this place or not will probably depend on how much you like Ramen, and how often and where you've had it.
If you're new to it, you might like this place. However, (I'm not trying to sound pretentious, even though this will come off that way) I've been lucky enough to have traveled to Japan a couple times and had great ramen. I also live in Las Vegas, which has quite a few authentic ramen establishments. If you are anything...
