Virgin olive oil, and naturally oily fish are anti inflammatories to the brain; while vegetable fats sugar salts are destructive to the brain and the heart. Chopped leaf is the best because it's the Mediterranean diet, proven by research as the best healthiest diet, brown rice not white is too, that's at chopped leaf. Chicken, nuts is protein and good for yo. Freshii is also good in a similar way. Half the plate should be fresh natural leafy greens, a quarter protein such as nuts, chicken, beef, a quarter carbs.“

“You guys are sooooo amazing! Saturday I wanted to grab a late breakfast for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day (we celebrated early). I ordered the chicken and waffles for him and beet latkes for me. When I arrived for pick up the staff were so pleasant. I asked if they would write happy Valentine’s Day on my boyfriends meal. They did that and also wrote it on the bag. Both meals were exceptional! I have celiac and can always eat at The Oakwood and feel confident that the gluten free meal I order is exactly that! Thanks for another fantastic experience. 💙“

“Love this place! It's such a unique and cozy place. The interior gives serious Hobbig hole/Shire vibes, in the best way. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. It's great for studying, dates, catching up with friends, or just chilling by yourself. The staff is always friendly and the service is speedy. They also have a very neat little shop at the front that carries all kinds of locally made products, including their own. Its a bit of a hidden gem and definitely worth checking out“

“This is the St. Boniface Golf Club bar and grill, which is open to the public. It is a casual seated restaurant with some bar seating as well. There is a lovely second storey outdoor patio overlooking the Seine River and the 18th hole. We stopped in for our first lunch of the season on the patio. Very interesting regular menu this year, with a number of weekly specials as well. Executive chef Ian Wong always does a good job (in the restaurant as well as weddings and banquets). My husband had the KFC sandwich - Korean Fried Chicken tossed in Red Dragon Sauce, topped with creamy kimchi slaw. I had the Teriyaki Salmon, Avocado and Crab Salad Wrap. Both were delicious, as were the crispy sweet potato fries. We'll have to get back and try some of the other items. Service was prompt and pleasant. There is lots of free parking in the attached parking lot.“
