I’ve been coming to this DQ for almost a year now Probably visiting around a total of 12 times, the owner Jagminder is often there. Service is always excellent and all of the staff are friendly plus the treats are delicious 🤤 and often they have a coupon to save a couple bucks on hand or on the App. All you have to do is ask. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ highly recommend. This is the place to come grab a treat. Hurry up before I eat them all.

Tonight, me and my kids took a little walk to enjoy the Sunday evening. I feel so disappointed and hurt by the staff (a young man) who took our orders- he keeps on laughing while I’m ordering. I asked what’s the matter, and he just kept going. Boy, is this young man into something?! Very unexpected and rude behaviour, especially in front of young kids.

Today my family and I went for a fast ice cream treat and to my surprise the owner was on site and man oh man was he ever the nicest owner I have ever met. I went into the store and I order right away what I wanted while my family was right behind me. So as I order and the gentle man took my order and was as and I asked for extra Oreo and extra nuts and extra smarties omg did he ever made my day he literally put EXTRA and I was omg best day ever . Then he made my sister’s banana split and my sister asked for extra banana and I said to my sister no we have bananas at home he then said to my sister don’t worry I’ll put on it for no extra charge I was WOW that’s awesome. This man is going above and beyond for customers satisfaction and oh boy am all about that. So thank you sir for being the kind of a owner. I never do reviews but man this was needed. Again a big THANK YOU for the DQ on Sargent Avenue way to give the best customer service I ever gotten.

Stopped in yesterday purchased two vanilla milkshakes. This DQ is under new ownership. The quality and taste of these milkshakes has dropped substantially. Must be using cheaper products, while increasing prices. Won't be returning

went for free ice cream day waited outside in the cold for 30 min and we had the app but the worker still refused to give us the free cones , stupid marketing gimmick and drives extra sales. total lie to the customers. wont any go to a dairy queen again
