Today my family and I went for a fast ice cream treat and to my surprise the owner was on site and man oh man was he ever the nicest owner I have ever met. I went into the store and I order right away what I wanted while my family was right behind me. So as I order and the gentle man took my order and was as and I asked for extra Oreo and extra nuts and extra smarties omg did he ever made my day he literally put EXTRA and I was omg best day ever . Then he made my sisterās banana split and my sister asked for extra banana and I said to my sister no we have bananas at home he then said to my sister donāt worry Iāll put on it for no extra charge I was WOW thatās awesome. This man is going above and beyond for customers satisfaction and oh boy am all about that. So thank you sir for being the kind of a owner. I never do reviews but man this was needed. Again a big THANK YOU for the DQ on Sargent Avenue way to give the best customer service I ever gotten.

Stopped in yesterday purchased two vanilla milkshakes. This DQ is under new ownership. The quality and taste of these milkshakes has dropped substantially. Must be using cheaper products, while increasing prices. Won't be returning

went for free ice cream day waited outside in the cold for 30 min and we had the app but the worker still refused to give us the free cones , stupid marketing gimmick and drives extra sales. total lie to the customers. wont any go to a dairy queen again

We got a 3.8 lbs ice cream cake and were confused regarding the flavor. A person seeming to be the owner really helped us out and gave us a small blizzard- skors for free! to try as we never tried skors before. Really appreciate the gesture š

I genuinely just love this Dairy Queen, the people there are nice and I once went in to get myself a blizzard, and after I ordered I went āyippieā and the lady there said the same after I said that, it was amazing :3!!
I do know thereās a wobbly seat outside but honestly, thatās one of the seats I mostly enjoy sitting at, not sure why but it doesnāt bother me that much when Iām sitting with friends too. Iād love to come back when itās open after seasons again, 10/10 love the shop and the people there are lovely

This is hands down the best DQ in the city. Staff are always friendly, place is clean and they are informative of gluten-free options and understanding their customers needs. For some reason when you have a good experience like we always do here it makes the icecream taste even better!
