The food and waiter were terrific! Being greeted upon entry was slow and front staff were lost and confused. After not being greeted or addressed I walked through the entire resteraunt looking for where the group I was meeting may have been seated. Still, no one asked if they could help me. I found it very peculiar. When I arrived back to the host/hostess perch there was a young man who was helpful once I approach him. All the ladies there last night need more training-they seemed new and uncertain what they were doing and/or what should be happening. Only sharing because first impressions are important and in some cases customers could walk out and go elsewhere. Once again, once seated the waiter was fabulous - an absolute delight. White Out pizza...loved it!

Well, I used to go there every week. I then discovered they want a tip for pick up service that is ridiculous. Is tipping culture has got to end. I stopped going there. There are plenty of places that don’t have tips for pick up and if you don’t leave a tip, they almost always forget something in your order.

We've eaten at this restaurant three times and have found that when they're good they knock it out of the park, but that's only sometimes. They're terribly inconsistent. The first time we ate here it was delicious. BBQ chicken pizza was fantastic and I think they have the best garlic breadsticks in town. Second time we ordered we did take out. Barely any butter or garlic on the breadsticks and the pizza was wayyyy over cooked. We were disappointed because they'd done such a good job the first time. Ordered from them a third time and it was better. But, based on our experiences it seems like your best bet for quality food is to dine in.

We go here semi-frequently but the quality went downhill over time, unfortunately. Last time we went, the table we were seated at was dirty (full of crumbs), the floor is also quite crumby. I ordered a pizza sub which was small and very burnt. I had soup on the side which came with a weird skin formed on the top, which was unappetizing. The service was decent and quick though.

I decided to edit this. Sorrento's is a Charleswood gem, they've been around forever because they're great. The restaurant is quaint and cozy, it feels like an authentic little pizza shop.The food is excellent and generous with toppings. It's a bit pricey but hey spoil yourself it's good food.Vegetarian options: get a veggie pizzaParking: tons of spots especially if you can walk across the lotWheelchair accessibility: ground level parking

The service by the staff is very slow and unprofessional. Take forever to prepare food. will never go back.
Went for supper tonight, waited 40 minutes before the server acknowledged us, after stopping her to help us. She served customers that were seated after us. She took the order, waited another 20, still no drink, so we left, went to Boston pizza next door, got served right away, that’s service.

Ordered delivery. This place doesn't not seal the bags. If you like it when the delivery drivers are sampling your food then order here. Called the store and the manager was a moron on the phone. Buyer beware stay away.

Tried calling 4 times and no one answered the phone, so we decided to take a chance ordering online for delivery (that's probably how they get you to pay the $4 service fee). The order came quickly and the food was good (but not amazing). HOWEVER, the food was delivered without a bag, the two boxes containing food had no sticker across to prevent it being opened and the breadsticks weren't fully wrapped in tinfoil, leaving about 4 x 4 inch space exposed. And of course the exposed area is what the driver was touching when he passed it to me. I thought that was very substandard packaging and a possible health risk. Very offputting and probably won't be returning for a while after that experience. Definitely expected better of a childhood favourite

Sept. 30, 2023 AWFUL, I Ordered Bacon-Wrapped Scallops at 8:34 pm. After eating 2 of them I felt my Stomach getting upset, rumbling, to bed at 11pm, up at 3:00 AM because I had Diarrhea from them.
