If I could bottle the aftermath of this meal and sell it as a chemical weapon, I’d be rich. The food here was so bad it rearranged my internal organs. Within an hour of leaving, not only did my entire group get hit with the kind of stomach upset you only see in medical textbooks, I personally got hospitalized for what the ER doctor called “aggressive acid migration.” My body rejected the meal like it was a cursed artifact.

They call it a buffet. I call it a psychological experiment in disappointment. You’re served like four dishes, all of which tasted like they were cooked during the Jurassic era and then left out under a heat lamp powered by sadness. Every time you want more, you have to go ask — like you’re begging for punishment. A “buffet” in the same way a puddle is a “spa.”

The one and only bright spot? Our server. She was polite, helpful, and doing her best while the rest of the place collapsed around her like a culinary Titanic. Honestly, she deserves a raise, a hug, and maybe a new job at literally any other establishment.

Management though? Wow. It's like they looked at Gordon Ramsay and decided to do exactly the opposite of whatever he would recommend. The real villain here isn’t the food — it’s whoever signed off on it.

Oh, where do I even begin? If you’re looking for a masterclass in how to ruin Indian food, Spicy Grill is the place to be. Our group of seven went in hungry and excited—big mistake.

Two of us made the unfortunate choice of ordering their so-called “buffet.” Now, when you hear “buffet,” you imagine a spread of delicious dishes you can actually serve yourself, right? Not here. At Spicy Grill, the “buffet” means you get a regular plate of mediocre food, and if you dare ask for more, the waitress acts like you just insulted her entire family.

Speaking of the waitress—every time we ordered something, she looked at us like we had asked her to climb Mount Everest barefoot. Nothing says “welcome” like an eye-roll every time you want to try another dish, right?

And the food… oh, the food. Bland, greasy, and somehow still managed to upset everyone’s stomach. Impressive, really—takes talent to make food both tasteless and hazardous.

The grand finale? Dessert. If you enjoy being treated like a child begging for extra candy, you’ll love this part. We each got a tiny bowl with one sad piece of dessert—apparently rationed as if sugar was running out worldwide. We politely asked for more, and the waitress’s face screamed, “How dare you?”

Overall, Spicy Grill gave us an unforgettable experience… because we’ll never stop warning people not to go there. If you’re craving Indian food, do yourself a favor—eat literally anywhere else.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

Went here with a group of friends, and we all ended up with upset stomachs within an hour of leaving — says a lot about the food quality. Everything tasted stale and off, like it had been sitting out way too long.

They call it a buffet, but what we got was basically four dishes you had to keep asking for every time you wanted more — a truly “unique” buffet experience, if by that they mean inconvenient and disappointing.

The only redeeming part was the server — she was polite and clearly trying her best, but there’s only so much you can do when the food is this bad. Honestly, the issue seems to stem from the management or ownership.

Save your money. Burn it. Eat ice cubes. Anything’s better than this.

Food was so delicious it basically made up for the mild racism. I’m curious if everyone has to pay for every dish and drink brought out before it is served?

First time going to this restaurant and was very excited to try it. Atmosphere was interesting, the women working was very nice as well. They got my order wrong and the man working was very rude and hung up on me twice while on the phone with him. When I went down there to talk to him he pretty much told me to get out and that I was trying to scam him. I was being very polite also so I was very weirded out by this response for a simple issue. After that was resolved, when I got home and tried the food, it was incredibly bad. I got the gulab, chicken masala and butter chicken. The chicken had the same consistency as a hotdog and the flavours were completely off.. my partner was very sick the next day after eating it (I did not eat any more after trying it). Needless to say, spend your money else where.

Spicy grill is a almost weekly order and I've been in a few times and always left very full and happy.
The service is totally acceptable but read reviews and know what your in for.
The food is where this special place shines.
Some of the best Naan in the city. The rest of the food might be better than the Naan. Be warned some of the dishes are actually spicy hence the name.(i really like spice.)

All and all i would say order a lot and feast for days.

Recommended dishes: Butter Chicken, Lamb Curry, Fried, Chicken Biryani, Chicken Tikka

They deposit fake money and are common thieves. If you order food on the menu, you will be charged at least $20 for it, and the money will be added to the bill from an unknown source bad

Such a bad experience with this place. It's mentioned on their website and store timing broad that the resturant is opened on Saturday afternoon. I went there and it was closed!

Kindly update the timings if you're opening late. That will save the travel time of your customers.

Such a bad experience with food and people there
Will never recommend. They charged extra money too for the raita on the side. The owner said he will refund and call me back which he never did.
Such an awful experience. Also whoever puts honest review you label it as fake review!! You never called me and you are a liar. How can you cheat People and make money. God bless your business.
