Favorite place to go for bubble tea, lots of options and even have egg waffles, great food, great drinks. My absolute favourite place to get boba, the perals are chewy and very well made. The pricing is better than any other boba place I've been to, around 6 dollars for a large. They're open quite late, which is something I look for in businesses hours. The workers are always super kind and welcoming. Very cozy place to hang with friends or your significant other.
