Stopped in for a quick bite for the first time ever. An older gentleman greeted me and I sat wherever I wanted as I was the only person there. I ordered the deluxe wonton soup with egg noodles. The man told me he was the owner and has been there for 50 years! The bathrooms are in the basement so if you have mobility issues, keep this in mind. The soup came out quickly. it is so hard to find vegan chinese food in winnipeg, and this place does it just right.

we got wonton soup, spring rolls, veggie chicken, szechuan beef, deep fried shrimp, gluten balls, and the mixed fried rice.

all the food was prepared very quickly, and made-to-order. everything tasted so amazing and fresh. you can tell each dish was made with care and love. the portions are very big for the price, so there will likely be leftovers to take...

It's been a good 30 years since I've been here. Excellent lunch special. Perfect portion and Wonton soup was included. The price can't be beat! I'm visiting more often since I am back in the area.
