Terrible service! The staff was rude and even manager inattentive. We had to wait for ages to get our drinks and for food and when it finally arrived, it was cold i was asked for heated..Never returned again this store..

If I could leave zero stars, I would.I attempted to get a take out order of one brew coffee, black. Takes ten seconds to make.15 minutes into the wait I approached the counter to inquire about my drink. They had no idea what was going on, which makes sense given how chaotic the store was at the time.Since they weren’t interested in quickly pouring my coffee so I could get out of there, I asked to cancel my order.The clerk ignored my request and instead started running around to try and find out what was happening with my drink.I left.Really shockingly bad experience. They have my money, I lost 20 minutes of my day, and I don’t have a coffee.The McDonald’s next door is much more reliable.Photo is of the coffee I never received.

Line up was long so I did not want to cause a scene but for sure my lavender frapp does not look presentable. Look closely at the half job whippes cream? If cream was running low use a new can and male it more presentable right? The items you serve represent the company and this does not give good impression at all. I googled many pictures of frapps and I have bought many frapps in the past. Often times the cream is sprayed at a wider circumfrence up to the top of the lid.

I ordered a Caramel Macchiato from this place from DoorDash, however they messed up my order and gave me a beverage that tasted like peppermint instead.While this was simply a matter of taste preference in my case, I can imagine the implications of someone with an allergy or food intolerance receiving the wrong type of food due to the negligence of the people who prepared my order.The beverage I received tasted alright for what it was, so I am sure that if it was received by somebody who actually enjoys peppermint beverages it would be satisfactory. However, peppermint is one of my least favourite flavours and I was hoping for a Caramel macchiato. As the quality of the beverage was of no concern, I am leaving 2 stars instead of 1.I was advised that the manager of the restaurant will contact me later today as of writing this review to resolve this issue so I am still waiting for that. I will edit my review once that is finished to see how this store manages these types of situations.
