A little cramped and surprisingly busy, but good vibes and tasty drinks. Can't go wrong!
Today we ordered through Starbucks delivery and part of the order didn't show up. I tried calling the location multiple times but no one picked up. I decided to drive over (which defeats the purpose of delivery) and the person who helped me was lovely. I showed her the order number and the credit card charge that went through. She replaced the missing item right away which I really appreciated.
My only complaint/suggestion would be to PLEASE answer the phone!!!!

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has very friendly and kind staff who provide great service. The baristas help customers pick drinks, give out drinks to people in need, and make sure orders are to a customer’s liking before accepting payment. The service is described as top of the line, and customers feel safe and heard, even with allergies. The drinks are genuinely very good. However, the store has a cleanliness issue, with fruit flies flying around the sweets. It is often very busy and the parking area gets congested, but the location seems to operate smoothly.
