This review is for the Ellice and Milt Stegall Drive location in Winnipeg. Service is inconsistent, quality of food and beverages is inconsistent, and the bathrooms are atrocious. Made me gag. Clumps of long black hair all over the floor, no change table in either washroom, just awful. They used to be so wonderful at this location but the past few years have seen a serious decline in quality and cleanliness for this location.

Line up was long so I did not want to cause a scene but for sure my lavender frapp does not look presentable. Look closely at the half job whippes cream? If cream was running low use a new can and male it more presentable right? The items you serve represent the company and this does not give good impression at all. I googled many pictures of frapps and I have bought many frapps in the past. Often times the cream is sprayed at a wider circumfrence up to the top of the lid.
