The PSL today was perfect, but it seems like they got a new system for mobile orders because this is the second time my order has been a mess for them to find. I ordered two different drinks, but the drive thru attendant only gave me one, and took a while to find and hand me the other one.. it does say ‘dt’ on the sticker maybe separate and organize the orders that way? It's so so and staff are nice but if you make an order and also use stars beware as your stars will be redeemed twice and leave you in a negative balance as I had less than 400 stars so enough to only redeem for 1 drink and still have a leftover balance. For some reason, something went wrong and I ended up at minus 11 stars even though I only ordered the one drink at the drive thru using stars.. I sent in customer service my pictures but nothing was fixed as the emails and...

I just went to starbucks at Ellice Avenue for Doordash Order. The girl name CALLY , She treated me very well and behave very respectfully.THis is the first ever Food location i went after very long time , where workers talk nicely to delivery drivers.??????.Will come back as Customer for sure ? .
