Absolute need to hire staff.I didn’t think it was possible to wait 30 minutes for two drinks. And it wouldn’t of mattered if I went through drive-through or walked in.

Getting a couple of drinks both sugar cookie, one Frap and the other a latte. The employee who served us was very happy and cheerful and gave great customer service. She even gave our two kids a cup of whip cream each because it was the new year day. Nothing but a sweet and kind staff member. It was around 9:27 and wish I got her name for a decent praise.Kid-friendliness: Gave our kids whip cream in two small cups to make their new day a great one.

I was having a bad day at work and decided to treat myself to some Starbucks on my lunch break. I'm not sure what his name is but the gentleman working the drive through today around 1pm was so friendly it genuinely made my day better.

Coffee is always good, service on point. Atmosphere is what you would expect at Starbucks which is good, but maybe needs a refresh on style.
Service and quality of food is always consistent and pleasant. I don't visit the fast food restaurants in the area because over the years the quality of service and quality of food has decreased significantly. Starbucks may be pricier, but I know I will get friendly attentive service and tasty food everytime.
