Love the atmosphere
We have tried our fair share of Starbucks locations. This one has consistently maintained its high quality of refreshments and service.
Their service is especially great. We were using the app at the window and we're having trouble. The barista so graciously had the patience to help us navigate it step by step. It looks a few minutes but it worked out well.
We will definitely keep going to this location.

Some customers report that their drinks are not always prepared as expected, such as the Iced Strawberry Oat Matcha Latte with almond milk often being poorly shaken, causing the Matcha to separate at the bottom. There have been concerns about portion sizes, with customers receiving less than a venti, and feeling that they are being overcharged for syrup substitutions or extra charges. During busy times, service can feel rushed, and at times the counter may be a bit dirty.
Additionally, there was an incident where the staff did not inform a customer that they were closed, despite the store appearing open, which was disappointing. Accessibility is also a concern, as the sidewalk to the parking lot can be hard to access, and the access button was broken during a visit.
