The food was okay, the service was very slow, I recently visited one when there was a buy one get one free promo, from the time I placed my order to the time I got my order, it took them an hour and 13 minutes when there was 5 people working. The atmosphere would have been relaxing except it was packed that day, normally it is good for a friend meet-up. But it is starbucks, it's my go-to every day latte when I'm not with my hubby?
Everything was excellent, service amazingDietary restrictions: I can't drink lactose so this kind of options like almond milk is my best option and thank you for that!!
the one customer bathroom isn't clean, need to check them more often or tighten cleaning schedule. I'll bet the employee bathroom is sparkling though.

The staff at this location are very friendly and make you feel welcome. The service is phenomenal and the way they make my drink and follow the instructions given are always on par! I recommend this location!

I usually choose to order ahead on App or go through the Take Out window. Finding the take-out entrance can be a little tricky. And parking lot is very busy. One of my fave locations.

The general vibe is "Please leave", if you go into the store for anything more than an online pickup.Stopping in on the way to work, I'll typically have to wait a slightly uncomfortable period of time for the cashier to acknowledge me, and then wait even longer to actually order from a slightly annoyed cashier. They definitely prioritize online and drive-thru orders over in-person, and want you to know it.Waiting for my order, the atmosphere of the place really reinforces that impression - slightly disorganized with crumbs on most tables. I guess there's no point in cleaning the dining area if you don't want any diners.

The lattes were so milky , literally felt like a I was drinking a glass of milk, but the frap was fire unfortunately I don't drink milkshakes for breakfast.....

Went through the drive thru and asked for a "surprise me" drink, requesting for no cold brew as I dislike coffee. They ended up giving me a caramel drizzle cold brew... so I am rightfully upset.

I ordered a Dragon drink with light ice and everything about the drink was "light". It was not very flavourful and didn't appear to be the same colour as before. It was not that great and I usually get a really good drink from them. Maybe they had an off day, but I was really disappointed today.
