Wow the staff here have their work cut out for them. It’s busy with in person orders and online and delivery. Plus they have to put peoples cream and sugar in their drinks?I want to put my own cream and sugar in my drinks, personally. It would also ease some of the burden on the staff. Now that staff are expected to do more - adding cream and sugar - I wonder if they’re expected to work as fast as before this? drinks are always great but what happened to the fake nice customer voice. barista was on her phone for two mins before taking my order and seemed a little grumpy. eric was awesome as always

These guys are awesome! The service is great, and they're always so quick with my orders. Even when they're overwhelmed they manage to keep smiles on their faces. I just witnessed one girl, Maggie, handled an entire line up on her own, and still managed to keep a smile on her face. I definitely recommend this location.
