We ate and drank wine here often. Unfortunately, sign on the door indicates that restaurant is permanently closed as Steve retired. We will miss you, your wonderful staff (especially Deena!!), and the great food and atmosphere.

I've never been here before...but I will certainly be back..The Reuben sandwich was huge...the ingredients second to none..tangy saurkraut.. YUMMY corned beef..Home made fries...so damn Good..Service was quick .Steve comes from the back to see how u liked your meal.I love the ambience..wish I would have taken pictures to post..

10/10/2023 There were 4 of us for dinner at Steve’s Bistro. Three of us had GREEK SOUVLAKI IN A PITA and John had the burger and fries special. When the burger and fries were brought to the table we were all surprised at the size, it was BIG! My GREEK SOUVLAKI IN A PITA was excellent and wasn’t overwhelming. It also included 1/2 fries and 1/2 Greek salad. The fries and salad were also very good. The service was incomparable. The chef also dropped by and asked how we enjoyed the meal. Very nice touch. The price per person was around $19. I felt it was reasonable for what we received. There was lots of parking available.Sorry no pictures?
Love Steve's Bistro! The food is good, great service, and a lovely family friendly environment. Steve always says "hello" and loves for guests to enjoy their time in the restaurant. Never disappoints!

We are in town for 2 days and I found Steve’s on a “Hidden Gems of Winnipeg” list so we had to try. The food was outstanding, especially the gyro and salad. I also had a lovely chat with Dina while I waited for my order and we had a delightful conversation. I could have talked to her all night. I definitely recommend!

Back again! Had another amazing experience at Steve's. The service is really something else and it brings me back over and over. You are so welcomed and treated like royalty. The food is supreme, the portions are perfect. I've never had a salad like the ones they have before. My partner destroyed a panini and loved it too :) I love Steve's! Until next time ...The food here is always amazing, whether you eat in or take out. The customer service is also great, everyone is super attentive and happy to see you. This place is a favourite for me and my whole family. Every salad has delicious ingredients, large portions and the shrimp are huge. Highly recommend!
