“Always really happy with the service at this location. Often times I have been very pleased with the friendly great service I receive from Abhay working behind the counter. Tonight I was helped by Umang who had put together my sub, he was also friendly and provided great service. Abhay also happened to be behind the counter and both were great to chat with while getting our order done. They also went above and beyond by offering us some fresh cookies that havent been put out yet since we had ordered 2 dozen! Grateful for the good service and the friendly energy they gave off!“

“I live nearby and bring my daughter to subway every Thursday evening for dinner. It’s your average Subway - except that the staff go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. It’s the Cheers of Moray Village (you youngins might need to google what that means)! I love that they take the time to interact with my daughter, including comp’ing us a sandwich once when she dumped hers on the floor or continuing to offer her vegetable toppings even though we all know she’ll turn up her nose (I appreciate the consistency!). I’ve tried to take my daughter to other Subways, but she typically refuses because they’re not “our” Subway. The subs are good, the restaurant is clean, and the staff make great recommendations if you want to try new things! Highly recommend!“

“Parking lots of fair size. This location shares space with a Sobeys. Access to and from our interesting. If you are driving north on main Street and wish to leave and continue north on main Street access is great. You can get access to this location through the Sobeys parking lot. Service was pretty quick when I was there and the staff was friendly“

“Made a last minute multi platter order for a lunch for my employees.Staff was incredibly helpful and understanding and had zero issues with the large order so short notice.Supplied me with enough utensils for 30 people as well as a literal box of premade sauces for 30 people.I'd highly recommend this location for any future large lunch orders. “This Subway is only half a block from where I live and across the street from the U of W. I've eaten inside regularly for many years. This however may change. The restaurant had a very nice remodeling a little while back, and it is generally very clean and well managed. But there are serious problems with individuals and groups just coming in and filling containers and cups fished out of the garbage at the softdrink machine. The floor often gets sticky with spilled fluid as they run in and race out. This is so unsanitary. I only buy bottled softdrinks and bottled water because of the potential health risks. The area has many individuals with addiction and mental health problems. During each of my last dozen or so dine-in visits there has been one or more bad behaviour incidents. The generally young staff seem powerless to thwart what is happening. On the next block, the very nice new pizza restaurant ended up turning their softdrink machine around so that only their staff can now serve softdrinks, ice and water. They still give water out to those who request it, but this change has stopped the stampede of people helping themselves to free softdrinks and messing up the floor. It has also greatly lowered the bad behaviour and disruptive incidents.
It now feels much safer to dine-in at the pizza restaurant than at the Subway on the very next block. I may now use this Subway for takeout more and dine-in much less. If the Subway owner wants to further improve this otherwise good location, the solution could be to relocate this softdrink, ice and water machine so that only staff have control of dispensing beverages to customers and to those who request water. This would make the restaurant a better and safer place for customers and staff. It could end up being a prudent solution and investment.“

While making my sandwich, she made it perfectly as shown in the menu. The food was hot and fresh.
