They have completely ruined my lunch time, and they did not accept for me to have a talk to the manager. I called the stores phone number they told me to call, but not one answered. A disappointing and time wasting service I have received. I am completely shocked because that is the only place I use to come for my lunch. I have learned a lesson today. Taking off my loyalty on Subway. 0% on customer service. Last time I got a fly in my salads, I did not complain because I know a mistake can happen. But remaining constant on mistakes is not normal.

I've always had great service dine in and online mobile orders. Sandwiches are made the way I ask and have never had an issue. Quick to make online orders too, I was impressed after working a long day, my sandwich was made by the time I arrived to pick up.

I'm not keen on subway any more don't like the new items I loved the subway melt that is gone Its supposed to be subway your way .Now paying more money and less product I will make subs at home where I can get my sub my way with my toppings that I pay for with my hard earned money .thank

Went there today and wasn't impressed, order a 6 inch and a 12 inch, wilted brown lettuce, bread was hard and dried out, every table was dirty , I mentioned it to the employee and she made me a new 6 inch to replace my 12 inch with the same bread , maybe the dog will like it.Make me think ..if they can't have fresh bread or veggies , how old is the meat they're serving, won't be back to subway!! Be cautious!!

Found the staff to be kinda rude and grouchy. And what's with this having to show ID, then fill out a form with your name, address and phone # if you want to eat inside? This Covid thing is getting out of hand. I'm convinced now it's a conspiracy. Just a scheme to allow Big Brother to watch over you. The world governments are in bed together, achieving their goal to control the population. Think about it folks. It's happening to You right now.
