Came to this subway because they had a coupon on the mobile app for buy 2 foot longs get 1 for 3$. The app had the option to scan in store, which every other subway took this or a similar coupons when scanned. For some reason this store refused and told me I would need to mobile order it or pay for the 3 subs. Only had cash on me so I couldn’t mobile order it, found out that it’s just the way the Franchisee decides to run his business. Guess it makes sense why the subway looks stuck in 2008, definitely won’t be back to this location

Says it's open 8am to 10pm today for Monday's and went to get my son a sub for his school trip and they are not open. Google says open, sign on the door says 8am it's now 8:15am and the doors are locked, no sign on saying open, lights off, doors locked. Called and no answer. Very disappointed as this was the second location to be closed at 8am today. First location was on Pembina by Grant.
Atleast change your hours online and on your store doors. Wasting people's time, gas, and money.

Recently changed their rule to only allow 5 vegetables on a sandwhich even if you dont eat meat with no price changes. This change alone is so embarrasing and pathetic theres zero reason to come back. All I'll miss now is their chocolate milk
