Sushi Maru offers a variety of fresh and delicious sushi rolls and dishes, with standouts including the spicy crunch shrimp, chicken rolls, and bakkudan rolls. The sashimi is exceptional. The restaurant also serves tasty miso soup, yakisoba, and udon noodles. While the dining area is currently closed and can be a bit messy, the takeout food is of high quality, surpassing other local sushi restaurants. The staff is friendly and service is good.
