I recommend to eat if you want to experience food poisoning /gastric.
Hope they will close that shop at forks. Very unhygenic. Sometimes they use rotten stuffing in the rolls.. Never ever trying again

The chicken satay with noodles is my favorite. The eggplant is too greasy but also the best eggplant dish around. The patties off to the side tend to be stale and a skip

Delicious food with generous portions. Everything is a rich tasting mixture of spices with friendly service. The devilled chicken and the eggplant curry are especially amazing.

Me and the girlfriend liked going to this restaurant after going to cabelas, on Sunday after running some errands out in that side of the city, we decided to go there for supper. That will b the last time i go there.
I got violently ill after eating there. We ate around 630pm, by 11pm i was gassy, stomach was gurgling and heart burn, so i went to bed.
I woke up monday on aug long around 930 running to the bathroom, i have been on and off the toilet all day with diarrhea, sweating and cold chills, crazy cramps, stomach ache, heart burn. I have been in bed all day. No appetite. This is the worst ive ever got food poisoning. Very disappointed

I usually go for the chicken roti because it's delicious. This time, however, it seemed that the roti was only partially cooked! It felt like I was having chicken curry with roti dough. It was stretchy and chewy and was actual raw dough. Roti used to be much more properly and thoroughly cooked before. This time it seemed like it was made hastily. And I've been a customer for many years now. Disappointing! Waste of money.
Chicken roll was great as always, besides having to ask for the sauce every time.
Butter chicken w rice and w noodles was the last time I’ll go back there. For $40 I had instant regret at first bite. Also not sure why but everything was cold as well

Holy smokes ! I wasn't very hungry and just went for a veggie roll... My tastebuds are still enjoying the spicy zing of this snack. Wow! So good!! And on top of that, the gentleman serving me could not have been nicer ! I want to go back with a bigger appetite!

Taste of Sri Lanka is the best restaurant at The Forks! My favourite is their eggplant and it is to die for. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Definitely check this place out if you want your stomach full and tastebuds happy!

Please rename your chicken Kothu menu to Chickpea Kothu. Definitely not ethnic Sri Lankan food.

We were planning to grab some snacks to try this spot so ordered 2 beef rolls and pocket roti today, we were in a hurry and it was quite busy at this spot, So I placed take out.So i got my 2 beef rolls and was waiting for my pocket roti and i payed $27 that seemed off cause each item is around $6 so i asked the the lady isn't it the pocket roti she said yes ( it was quite noisy so i guess she didn't hear me ) and Instead of pocket roti I got kothu porotta. I reached our place and found out this late as we were running late i couldn't go back.● Food wise, it's below average, but it didn't taste like the traditional meat roll was too oily and beef tasted odd.● chicken kothu roti - I have never had this sort of kothu roti. This taste so bland and was overpowered with chickpeas and carrots. ( chicken is already protein plus the chickpeas)The OG kothu roti has flavors of onion, garlic, ginger and spices. Felt really sad wasting too much food.So if you're placing your order make sure they get it right and ask for a receipt.

I drive 30 mins to get food from here. I wish they had a location near Garden City in the north. The staff is always polite and smiling. They serve good portions and the food is always consistently delicious.
