Vegetarian options: Paid the same price for just vegetables then vegetables and chicken and they gave me less vegetables… and when they put in the takeout box it didn’t even fill half way…. Would not go there again.

Ordered Thai fried rice from the Winnipeg polo park location. A completely disappointing experience compared to other Thai Express locations. The food was cooked only for 2-3 minutes and it was missing many ingradients. The taste was not up tp the mark.

The only negative point is that it closes early (6 p.m.) for my taste otherwise it was very good

Went there today on my lunch break and had some of the rudest customer service I've ever had. I've worked retail for 10+ years and in management and I gotta say only way that service could have been worse is if the person working the counter told me to f off. There was no one in line, and I even waited until she showed she was ready instead of just walking right up. Stated my order which I've had before several times and she abruptly stops me telling me no. Me being confused I try to politely ask why as I've had it before but I just get interrupted and more No's. Not that it wasn't in stock or anything, just telling me no and starting to yell at me. All I wanted was the sweet chili sauce with my order, and I get yelled at and told I can't have that sauce with that it can only be had with something else but I couldn't understand as she has as yelling and talking fast. Needless to say, I left and am not going back there ever again. The impression I got today was that I was not welcome there whatsoever. Which is a shame as I love the food and have had great service before. Would give 0/5 if I could. Giving 1 star feels generous.

There is nothing more disappointing than craving for some good thai express, driving through all the traffic and icy roads in -27 just to have uncooked unflavoured food. Waste of my money and my time. Almost forgot the attitude I received after simply asking for a plastic bag cause I didn’t want to Cary my drink, spoon, fork, chopsticks and food all in my hands.?

I ordered through Skip. Got a Mango salad and Stir fry. The mango salad was a little container of lettuce with some very brown, slimy \"mango\" on top. For $9 plus tax? You should be embarrassed. Obviously didn't eat it, the mango was bad. The stir fry was okay although very watery, too much sauce. I will not be ordering from here again.

I love their vegetarian Thai Fried rice, pineapple and tomato. While ordering ask for peanuts as well it will be crunchy and tasty. I recommend this for vegetarians.

The front desk sever’s attitude is SUPER SUPER RUDE. We ordered a “Chocolate Cheese Cake”, and she gave us “Chocolate Banana Cake”. The woman insisted that we said we want banana cake even the receipt showed that we ordered cheese cake. She said that she pressed the button wrong. At the end she grabbed the cake from our hand VERY RUDELY and shouted to us. This is my first time encounter this kind of situation, so speechless ?
