The Captain's Boil offers solid and fast service, with a delicious crawfish boil for $29.99. The lemon pepper sauce was great, and the corn and potatoes were the best part. However, the amount of corn was disappointing. Despite being the only "boil" place in Winnipeg, it may not provide the true southern boil experience. The restaurant is wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs. Families love this place for birthdays, praising the delicious and fresh food, as well as the superb service. While the restaurant caters well to Cajun-style seafood boils, the high prices and heavy butter use may not be worth it. Limited options for vegans, but all food is gluten-free.
