Visited for the first time and was very impressed. Our server was a delight, the wait for food wasn't long at all and all 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. I had the chicken pot pie and it was divine. Friend had the fish and chips and gave it 2 thumbs up! The atmosphere is very laid back with a mix of traditional and modern. Pricier but the food and the vibes make it so worth it.
The ONLY issue - I am a wheelchair user and it was extremely difficult getting in and out...
My wife and I came up to visit Winnipeg from the US state of Iowa about a month ago to support our kind Canadian neighbours. Had the salmon burger and house cut fries. Was looking forward to the grilled pineapple. It was intriguing, but disappointed when at best it was a slice of canned pineapple not grilled thrown on top of the salmon, also listed on the menu was basil mayo, didn’t taste any basil.
