My order this morning was $14.80, I gave $14.85, and when she handed me my food she did not give me my change back. I asked her where my nickel was, and she insisted I gave her $14.80. I told her "No, I gave you 3 quarters and a dime, which is .85 cents, where is my nickel." she then went on to say something about a .5 cent tip?! I got angry, told her i did not tip her, and i want the .5 cent back, and then she immediately back tracked and said "oh no no no uh, from a previous tip I had to put .5 cents towards your food because you only gave me .75 cents" Completely changing her story. Most people will not notice .5 or .10 cents, She probably does this to people all day long, and any person paying with cash beware. It's not even about my .5 cents, it's about the principle. She's stealing from customers, good job Tim Hortons, you have a thief for a drive thru worker. Absolutely garbage.

I recently visited Tim Hortons and had an exceptional experience, all thanks to one of the staff members, Ana. From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that immediately made me feel valued as a customer.
I ordered coffee for breakfast and Ana suggested that we should try the combination with donut. I thanked her because Ana's suggestion helped me save money by offering a cost-effective meal. I can't help but smile when I am being assisted by the kind workers. Asditionally, the place is clean, neat, tidy and appropriate for customers.
