Staff are obnoxiously loud, constant yelling. 90% failure on order accuracy with simple item orders- more focused on speed which is null when orders have to be corrected. Complacent and rude, too dismissive to flag back when orders are incorrect, wasting time. Staff cannot identify donuts properly, ie: confusing honey dip when ordering old-fashioned glazed. Confusing plain timbits for sour cream, etc, constantly. Staff cop a big attitude when asked to correct orders and often fail twice on the same order and tend to scoff under breath when confronted on mistakes. Not an inviting place but unfortunately the only nearby food establishment in proximity to work.

Brown, stinky, slimey lettuce
Ordered a chilli and it was good but as I was about to take another bite, I scooped up and looked closely to see a strand of hair in my food. I was beyond disgusted and couldn’t even finish my chilli afterwards. This is unacceptable!

They defenitly have an amazing morning crew at the drive through. The people that are working today made my coffee perfect 😊.
I ordered a XL 4 and 4 coffee and there is no sugar whatsoever and definitely not 4 cream. It's like drinking lava and I nearly burned my hand. It was at 2:30am mind you so I do not know what's going on in there. Would give 1 star but get 2 for getting the size right.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Tim Hortons location with the Filipino lady working at drive thru in the monrning around 5.00 to 05.30 am. during my visit at drive thru refused to pour my coffee into a medium cup, even when I offered to pay extra. She also refused to give me a sleeve.
When I calmly asked why she was behaving this way, she yelled at me and used inappropriate language, including the F-word, and then refused to give me my coffee at all.
I asked for her name so I could report the issue properly, but she refused to provide it and still would not give me my order. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.
Management needs to seriously address customer service at this location.

The drive thru can't handle complex orders, I came a few times; When ordering multiple items, they either forget spoons on soup orders, straws on ice Capps, and margarine on muffins. Despite long wait times and speed bump on the drive thru lane, they usually have the dark roast made readily on hand.

Rude girl working the drive thru, 4:30pm sept 3rd. Said our order and she has an attitude, not our fault she can’t hear us or maybe she hates her life/ job. Yelled back at us when she didn’t hear the size we wanted when we clearly said it. Get a new job girl you clearly hate it there. This is not the first time she’s been rude too.
