The girl made a mistake on my latte but instead of adding the sugar free vanilla syrup to it she made me another completely fresh one. I actually appreciated that because now I have one for breakfast tomorrow and those protein lattes aren't cheap..lol but not only that was my first time ordering the BBQ crispy chicken bowl and that thing was fire! Good amount of chicken, dressing, and even has shredded cheese! Definitely my new fav. ❤️
Management needs to stop yelling at their employees in front of customers in the store and by the drive thru window… learn how to speak respectfully and more appropriately.
