out of all my travels threw Canada, I would highly recommend skipping this location. service is up to crap, disrespectful, and always gives attitude when serving. To be correct about my observations, I visited this location multiple times at different times as well to see if it was just a different shift workers, but unfortunately no matter what time you go to this location your attitude to Tim Hortons changes.
and have caught a evening shift already sleeping by 10pm not wanting to take our order threw drive threw. (Famous words: Sorry we can't make that)
I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location today (around 11:34 AM). We specifically ordered two veggie habanero wraps and clearly told the staff member taking our order that both needed to be strictly vegetarian, as we have dietary restrictions.
However, when we received our order and took a bite, we realized we had been given chicken habanero wraps instead. We immediately brought this to the staff’s attention. The lady who took our order acknowledged that we had asked for vegetarian wraps but another staff member named Anmol, who made the wraps, began arguing with us in a rude and dismissive tone, insisting that we had ordered chicken, despite being corrected multiple times.
It was incredibly frustrating to be spoken to like that, especially when the mistake was clearly on their end. We were polite throughout, yet the situation turned into an unnecessary argument. Eventually, they did make the correct veggie wraps, but only after a delay and an unpleasant confrontation.
We understand mistakes happen, but the way Anmol handled it with attitude and lack of accountability was unprofessional and disrespectful.
Got the worst food poisoning of my life from breakfast here on June 18th. Staff is more concerned about their drive thru times than properly cooking the food.
I only had a coffee here, but the service was good and of course the coffee was good.
I am sending this message to give commendation to all the staff and Manager name Alex he was so lively fast and friendly . Store was clean and good food
Service was very fast and nice
This morning, June 15th, we ordered 10 chocolate timbits, coffee, and two farmers wraps. They only have enough for one. Fine we will get a bagel Belt instead. They end up giving us assorted timbits and Ryan’s loaded breakfast box? We give it back and say we ordered a wrap. The lady or manager on duty has the audacity to refund us and make us REPAY for the wrap because “it’s actually more expensive”. She was very rude. Not a great start to a Father’s Day morning.
I don’t write reviews for fast food restaurants but I want to address my concerns to Owner/ Management of this franchise. I came on Nov 9 around before 10pm in drive thru and ordered London fog. The guy named Shivam (thats what he told me) said we don’t have it. I ordered different beverage (steep tea, latte) and he said same thing we don’t have it. He also said we don’t have any food. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. Customer service was zero. Timings of this Tim Hortons is 10pm and staff members haven’t had anything to sell except coffee. Its also not even only one person was working or it was super busy. There were plenty of staff members and no line ups.
Management please address this concern as I haven’t seen this type of behaviour and customer service anywhere else. Staff members Shivam need to work on his communication skills and customer service. I am not sure if he isn’t happy to work and don’t want to serve customers or there is something else.
Great to stop to use washrooms when arriving or leaving Winnipeg
Just stopped in for coffee, tea and bagels for our drive home. Service was good, tea is good, but my coffee with 2 vanilla and 2 cream is like drinking warm water with a shot of vanilla in it. So disappointing. Would not be posting about this if this was the first time it has happened, but it seems to be occurring more times now than not, at various Tim’s in various provinces. Whatever they have changed, if so, it is not working for me. Will be second guessing future visits sadly.

Terrible service. It was like there were too many cooks in the kitchen, couldn't get my order correct.

Constantly have a long wait, whether in drive thru or inside, not because they’re busy, but because staff has better things to do than to serve you. Orders are usually in need of correction, has gotten worse in the last few months. Bathrooms usually messy, hand dryers don’t work. Tim’s is Tim’s, but this place is poorly managed. If they weren’t the only quick place around here, I’m sure they would have better standards.
