Located just outside the new Costco, the traffic could at times be crazy especially on weekend weekends.

The servers are well trained and very courteous with quick turn around times.

The food is well prepared and not just throw. Together. The current staff take pride in the product they provide.

The seating options are very adjustable for all party sizes being a single top to a team looking for nourishment.

The shop is kept clean and tidy. The washrooms are spic and span and many other shops should take note.

Oct 22nd 2025 - 6:00PM - Stood at the counter for about 5-10 minutes waiting to place my order, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all and neither was the drive-thru. I made eye contact with a couple of staff members multiple times, but they still completely ignored me.

It got to the point where I actually had to call them out and ask if someone could please take my order because I had to be on my way. It honestly felt rude and unprofessional and felt like they ignored me on purpose.

Really bad place service at 0 hasnt been able to get a coffee at drive trough. Truck drivers cant get a coffee they dont serve walker.... never seen that before!

Well, I love to visit this Tim Hortons when I come to portage few times a month and this Tim Hortons is my favourite spot to get my coffee and Plain Croissant toasted with chipotle sauce in it. today, I was there to get my usual order, they screw it up when asked to fix it, was told they don’t toast it anymore, when asked since when, said from 2 weeks ago..I just got toasted sandwich a week ago..well thanks for lying. Highly disappointed!

My experience at this Tim Hortons was nice when she worked here. Maybe her name is Marj; she was very nice and kind, but now, almost a month has gone by, and I haven't seen her anymore. Other staff is okay, but she knew how to deal with customers.

Stopped in on our way home from Winnipeg and gf had to pee I went to order and waited approx fivs mins with no one else in drive thru on in front on me they we all looking around finally after the gf came out we were able to order worst service I've ever had in my life

We ordered online to pick up at the drive-through
The drive-through moved extremely slow, and after we had been sitting at the window for a long time, they came and told us that one of our choices was not available When we were finally ready to leave. I asked if they can refund our money because of the slow service and they just laughed at us.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 10 minutes for my food and saw an entire lineup clear out before they told me they put my order into he wrong spot. Such a lack of professionalism. McDonald's for the win
