We only received half of our sandwiches. Firstly we ordered on the app and we're stil parked because our order was not ready when we arrived at the pick up window after waiting in a long order line. Upon sitting outside and wondering if our order was forgotten, it was finally delivered to only realize that there was not top of the sandwich on either sandwich. When we went inside to complain the staff thought their incompetence was a really funny joke. Terrible service.

29 August it was friday morning around 2:30 i had semi truck so park on side of highway I walk to drive thru window for coffee,but unlikely guy who was working inside, he said we can’t serve coffee, he said if you need coffee you bring a car, he also said this our Tim Horton policy, is that different rules for truck drivers.

This location of Tim Hortons is the true example why there is no bad nation or countries. It's the only location in the entire city that I've never had issue with ordering or misunderstanding with people to whom I'm talking to. People who works here try their best, and I think they have to be paid more. Awesome place, that is what we call Tim Hortons, not other names we get to use to call it nowadays due to horrible service and behavior of the people who works there🙄
