I recently visited Tim Hortons and witnessed an unfortunate incident involving a staff member name Harmann?? (If I noted the name correctly) while I was in line, I observed her engaging in an argument with another team member in front of customers. Her tone, attitude and overall behaviour were highly unprofessional and she showed no concern for the fact that others guests were watching.
Despite this, the other employee continued taking orders politely and with a smile. I truly appreciated her professionalism in such a tense situation. There was also a women in a black uniform-possibly the manager who tried to defuse the situation calmly.

What prompted me to leave this feedback was that even while the other poor employee was working, that energy lady continued speaking loudly and interrupting her. Making it difficult for the team to function smoothly. In my opinion, this staff member could benefit from further training in professionalism and teamwork and dude if you don’t like you job quit it.

no available crispy chicken after 4pm. I go there to buy chicken wrap everyday but can’t get it after 4pm. I bet they refused to cook after 4pm

It’s quite inaccessible that they “no longer accept cash”. Considering they’re located in a diverse education facility - you’d expect to be able to pay with cash! This is a major issue that needs to be changed.

Terrible experience with a staff member named Haminder? Poor customer service and unprofessional attitude.

Tims should prioritize folks in line over mobile orders. They usually have 2 cashiers doing mobile and one helping the line that moves at a snails’ pace.

The speed of service was great! The staff was super friendly. I watched the supervisor Maria deal a flustered customer and she handled it great.

Wow, I left a review a month ago about how they don't accept cash. I was told that they would be notified and told that they have to accept cash. I went back there today, and guess what? They don't accept cash. If you have $20 bill it is worthless there. What a joke of a franchise. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'll be contacting the head office AGAIN. Because this is bullshit, it is ILLEGAL to refuse tender.

If you have real money, don't go here. They do not accept real money. IE you have a 10 dollar bill, it's worthless there.

Lol check out the response, they want me to go and fill out and incident report, what a joke. You should be ashamed of yourself

The service in this Tim Hortons outlet is good and the staff is quite efficient. However, they have recently stopped accepting cash, which has made things a bit inefficient and awkward. I’m a daily customer and never use cash personally but I have witnessed multiple instances where customers stood in line for a while only to be turned down by staff because they only had cash. To improve on this, I would suggest that the manager of this outlet considers putting up at least one sign saying “We don’t accept cash” which is big enough for people to read from a distance, so that people are informed before they stand in line.

No longer accepts cash. Not a trend I want to support.

Unfortunately they do not accept cash any longer.
Many students who do not carry credit card (most of my friends) are in disadventage.
Also they do not have sign clearly stating this so you making your order and then they refuce to accept your money... not a good practice at all.
