Aaltos - Health Sciences Centre offers a lunch buffet with daily changing options like Roast Beef, BBQ Chicken, and Ham with various sides, salads, soups, and desserts. The attentive and friendly servers make the dining experience enjoyable. While the lack of supper hours is disappointing for guests looking for healthier options than pizza and pasta, the restaurant provides vegetarian choices and is kid-friendly with wheelchair accessibility. Despite some average food quality and service, it serves as a convenient spot for those staying at the HSC Canad Inns.
