The service in this Tim Hortons outlet is good and the staff is quite efficient. However, they have recently stopped accepting cash, which has made things a bit inefficient and awkward. I’m a daily customer and never use cash personally but I have witnessed multiple instances where customers stood in line for a while only to be turned down by staff because they only had cash. To improve on this, I would suggest that the manager of this outlet considers putting up at least one...
I love the mobile pickup. So much faster than waiting in line. Usually have a good experience. Today was no exception. Picked up my coffee and but something was off about it this morning. Tried to continue drinking it but I just couldn't do it. They easily replaced it, hassle free. Only beef I have is not with this particular restaurant, but with the coffee lids. They always leak from the sides.
