I had a horrible experience in the drive-through The guy was so rude given me my order wouldn’t say one word and all he said at the end have a good one just Rudy wouldn’t look at me. He wouldn’t pass me the coffees. I was basically throwing them at me rude rude rude.

The girl, Hana, who works in the evenings is extremely rude. I asked her to put my coffee in the microwave for 5 seconds, which she refused, but that's not the issue. The way she shouted and asked me to take my money back was not professional at all. I intend to submit an official complaint against her, but I haven't had the time yet. I will do so to ensure she understands that this is Canada, not India, where she can misbehave with customers.

I went to Tim's on 1572 Regents ave, wpg, Mb, R2C3B4 to purchase a white hot chocolate and 2 muffins, when chashier ring in the total amount. I toldher that I have a Tim's Horton reward card.I was having trouble locating it in my wallet,after I paid the amount on the bill.I notified her that I find it .can I have my points added to my since the receipt is still on the register. She told me no.I did services with companies that the time of purchase I could not find my point card. The representative told me the next time I come remember to bring the receipt and my card so that the points can be added. With Tim's Horton #102074 their rules are different I will go back there anything.

I’ve come into dine many times always get the farmers wrap the one girl making the wrap consistently puts very little to no sauce in the wrap it’s dry and tasteless any other employee makes it fantastic when you bring this to her attention she rolls her eyse says give the guy his money back and walks away no apology nothing obviously she doesn’t like her job it’s time for her to move on on this date feb 17/21 I was in at approximately 5-5:30 I’m hoping she reads this she’ll know it’s her I’m speaking of I’m sure she couldn’t give a damn either way. And now this tim Hortons has become homeless central every morning tables are taken up by homeless sleeping stinking up the restaurant the owner obviously doesn’t care whatsoever about paying customers I know because I’ve actually talked to him he’s dismissive as his staff are
Every time you order something to be grilled they make sure to burn it I am not sure this location need to change griller or staff ???

I ordered a Habanero veggie wrap without jalapenos. In addition, I asked for the addition of Hashbrown. But when i got the wrap the Hashbrown was so hard and tastes so bad as well as jalapenos inside the wrap. When I asked her for a bag after ordering takeout, she reacted with anger. It's not particularly impressive.
