Literally been getting coffee from here for over 22 years. Staff are always quick and friendly, unfortunately you usually need to ask for the key to the washrooms (but that’s sort of a given in downtown Winnipeg) Anyways they’re great, they keep downtown flowing with the caffeine so desperately needed by everyone.

I’d like to please request the owners to keep at least some good English speakers for customer service in the cafe. Tim Hortons keeps changing policies regarding offers. That sometimes needs clarifications, which needs good speakers. When I could not understand what an employee was saying about that offer, and she was struggling and kept pointing at something on the phone, she started being very rude. I went to the cafe during my lunch break through the cold, and returned with an empty stomach. This was very disappointing. Being a regular customer of this particular franchise, and being always nice to the employees, the least I can expect is a reciprocation of politeness.

Worst location ever. I don’t understand why they don’t have a full time security guard. I mean they have security guard but in only evening time. Literally today i saw a crazy man throw a crossiant at a team member. I really wanna appreciate all the team members who works in this dangerous location. But i want to talk to the manager or owner about the security guard situation like really man it’s very dangerous to work there. I can’t believe how they deal with crazy peoples everyday. If the owner has an email address please give it to me i really want to discuss the situation with you.

Very bad experience , the staff working inside they all are so rude and arrogant its not first time I usually go there everytime the way they serve guest are so bad , they do not allow guest to use washroom and show to much attitude ?i dont know why the owner or manager do not teach there workers how to greet customer

This store has a very bad customer service . The most incredible is when you want to use the washroom (being a customer) they said that are closed !!! I can’t believe there are 3 washrooms and no one is working ?? That’s ridiculous.
