Literally been getting coffee from here for over 22 years. Staff are always quick and friendly, unfortunately you usually need to ask for the key to the washrooms (but that’s sort of a given in downtown Winnipeg) Anyways they’re great, they keep downtown flowing with the caffeine so desperately needed by everyone.
I’d like to please request the owners to keep at least some good English speakers for customer service in the cafe. Tim Hortons keeps changing policies regarding offers. That sometimes needs clarifications, which needs good speakers. When I could not understand what an employee was saying about that offer, and she was struggling and kept pointing at something on the phone, she started being very rude. Good location to grab something quick and that's it; this Tim Hortons is scuzzy, tables very wobbly, not clean at all, and doesn't seem very safe; needs a serious reno and some security.
