They don't accept real money, if you have a $20 bill it's worthless there. I am reposting this because they deleted it.
Got in contact with their customer support like they said I should, and all they did was ignore me. What a joke company, no wonder Canadians are buying your coffee less and less.

Coffee is good, bakery. Only thing I don’t like is seeing fruit flies in the bakery goods, kinda a turn off.

Our coffee was warm. Not the fresh hot we love. Not going back.
Always stop at Tim's. Where else could u get a grilled cheese sand. and home made soupNot at any fast food rest. that I know of.
My friend went their and she ask for a small cup with just a hot water, and the lady( employee) replies we are not allowed to do that, the my friend said i can for that and the employee charge her $1.60 for a cup of water. I work at tim hortons too, their is no point we can charge for a cup of water even of our tills if we punch cup of water its free. This is wrong these people needs to trained first, Moreover employee is so rude.
I called in store to know about “HIRING” The lady picked up my phone she is very rude and make fun of my question then cut my phone. Seriously they don’t know how to react. TEACH YOURSELF PLEASE
One of the best in the city.
