Each experience lately has been worse than the last, food is garbage, the cafe mochas are garbage, the staff don't speak English 99% of the time, there could be 20 employees working around the back, with 2, customers and your still going to wait 20 minutes! I along with a majority of Canadians are tired of the trash...

The staff at this location come across as quite rude, as if they are the only ones working on this earth. They also seem to be short on options. For example, when I asked for coffee with soy milk, the reply was simply that they don’t have it and don’t serve it. I’ve received similar dismissive answers to several other requests as well. Honestly, this doesn’t feel like a real Tim Hortons, more like a small imitation version. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First of all we take one medium ice coffee and i told them with extra sugar and cream and they didn’t do this and next i order french vanila its really cold. Next, i order one everything beagle and it look like garbage 🤮. Its really very bad experience

They don't accept real money, if you have a $20 bill it's worthless there. I am reposting this because they deleted it.

Got in contact with their customer support like they said I should, and all they did was ignore me. What a joke company, no wonder Canadians are buying your coffee less and less.

Coffee is good, bakery. Only thing I don’t like is seeing fruit flies in the bakery goods, kinda a turn off.

Wheelchair accessibility: Same level as concrete walk in to door. Handicap parking, u can move a chair to make wheelchair accessible
