Really bad service. The employees were extremely rude and disrespectful. Doesn’t have any knowledge of customer service. The quality of my wrap was really bad and salty. The iced coffee smelt expired. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

I'm in this location daily! Recently ( a little over 2 months now). The quality of the coffee has declined! The sleeve says always 20 minutes fresh... we'll if it was in shouldn't be able to chug my xl coffee. The indicator lights are broken so these baristas have no clue how old the coffee is.

Staff was unfriendly, donuts was stale and likely a day old. Friend got a croissant, which was hard and well over a day old.

A good restaurant, food gets out quick and staff are very nice. Sometimes it can be a little overcrowded. There are food delivery couriers who often cut in line and act rude towards stuff however, which is annoying to see. Food is OK. I mean, it's fast food so the standards are pretty low.

I'd say a good place to visit all in all!

Their drinks are never consistent and they always taste very different from other locations. If you ask them to change the staff makes faces. Because of disappointment everytime, I started going to other tims and walk 30 mins instead to get a better drink.

I've worked across the street from this location for 5 years and I'm finally writing a review - this locations SUCKS

They just never seem to get anything right and I dont think management cares since its the only Tims in the area. They mess up orders in the dumbest ways!

Ex: I ask for a jalapeno cheese bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese on the side. I get a plain bagel, not toasted with plain no cream cheese on the side.

This was one of multiple small instances like that....

Today I order a veggie wrap with cheese added (doesn't come with cheese normally). I ask not once, not twice, but three times to make sure they add cheese and I watch her punch it in too. I paid extra.

They call the order when its ready and even say, "veggie wrap with cheese!".... guess what? You guessed it, NO CHEESE lol!

Honestly never going back here i dont care how few steps it is from my office. I feel like a lame Karen even writing this review cuz let be real, it's Tim Hortons... but like, how do they take the suck cake to this level?!

Oh and P.S they don't have cold brew on Mondays specifically... for reasons unknown. Monday being the day you want it most.

Extremely poor customer service. There were about 4/5 girls working there and it was not even busy. They were chatting to each other and didn’t pay much attention to orders. I ordered a coffee and they tried to give me a hot chocolate after waiting for 15 minutes. this is just ridiculous.
About the coffee, it tasted awful and made me wanna throw up.
Never going back to this one again. Such a waste of time.

me and my friend got a french vanilla and a double double from this tims. they both tasted terrible. I don’t know how they can mess up the french because you just dispense it from the machine. they both tasted off and spoiled. the consistency of both of the drinks were different from other tims. all indian women working in the store, there were just chatting and giggling around, not paint attention to the customers. the store had the longest line for order i’ve ever seen in a tims. and still just one person taking the order while the 3 other people were just giggling around with an indian coustomer. me and my friend both sick to our stomach. it’s been over 10 hours we had it. still feeling terrible but judging by all the other 1 star reviews, they won’t do shit to fix the issue.

1 person for the whole store in the morning. 15 people in line. No one is willing to spend 20 minutes waiting for sandwich before work. rethink your stffing
