An unpleasant experience. While I were ordering the food, I mentioned I want Tims points. The waitress just neglected. Then she let me pay. I tapped and got my QR code ready. I asked again like how can I get my points. Then she said you have to scan that first and then pay. I cannot get you point.

I visited this Tim Hortons early this morning at 6 AM to study. I was sitting there for about an hour when a member named Prabhjot came over to my table and the proactively asked me if I need anything. She was incredibly nice and attentive. The front staff member who took my initial order was also very friendly and welcoming. My small double double coffee was delicious. The excellent service made for a good start to my day.
