Went to grab something to eat and the first thing that stuck out to me is that people had to ask for a coffee sleeve, for more napkins and so on. While I waited, every single person had to ask for a sleeve. Is there massive sleeve and napkin theft? Little things like that kill customer service. I assume that’s coming from the owner, so I don’t blame the staff, but I imagine being asked hundreds of times a day for simple things has to be frustrating.
